Recall - Toothette Oral Care Mouth Moisturizer

This recall involves various lots of Toothette Oral Care Mouth Moisturizer and Toothette Oral Care Advanced Oral Moisturizer Spray.

The Mouth Moisturizer and Advanced Oral Moisturizer Spray were sold alone or as part of an oral care kit that included natural health products. For more information about those kits, please see the related natural health product recall.

This recall is due to potential contamination. As of September 11, 2017, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada. Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled products and return them to their place of purchase

123,735,344 units of the affected products were distributed to healthcare facilities, pharmacies and medical supply stores across Canada. The units were sold alone or part of an oral care kit.

The affected products and kits were sold in Canada between July 2015 and August 2017.

The affected products were manufactured in the United States by Sage Products LLC, Cary Illinois, United States and distributed through Cardinal Health Canada Inc., 1330 Meyerside Drive, Mississauga, L5T 1C2, Ontario, Canada
