Drive Disqualified

(Puslinch Twp, On) On Thursday July 30th, 2009 at about 9:15pm County of Wellington OPP officers investigated the operator of a 2006 Buick Rendezvous, spotted travelling through an amber light southbound on Highway 6 at Laired Road, Puslinch Twp. A check of the driver found he was suspended from driving a car under the Criminal Code of Canada, as well as the Highway Traffic Act.

Jason Sherman aged 27 years of Guelph has been charged with Drive Disqualified under the Criminal Code of Canada, and Disobey Amber Light-fail to Stop and Drive Suspended (two counts) under the Highway Traffic Act. Sherman is scheduled to appear in Guelph court on September 21st, 2009 to answer to the charges.
