DOWNTOWN DISTURBANCE - ARREST On February 12th, 2010 at 2:59am, while Police were conducting an investigation downtown, a male was observed running across MacDonnell Street towards a stopped Police cruiser. This male then ran over the top of the cruiser. He was apprehended a short distance later and arrested.

Jesse Porter 19yrs of Markham was charged with cause a disturbance by being drunk. He will appear in court in March.
