Arrest-On February 13th, 2010 at 4:57 pm Guelph Police stopped a vehicle on Speedvale Avenue East Guelph as the male driver was talking on a cell phone. Officers spoke to the male and it was discovered that there were three outstanding warrants for his arrest and he was taken into custody. Officers continued their investigation and noticed the odour of alcohol on the male's breath and a roadside screening device was used.

Jason WATERS 29 years of Guelph was charged with Drive Over 80, Drive While Under Suspension and Drive Hand-Held Communication Device and was held for a Bail Hearing.
