Arrest- In the early morning hours of March 18th, 2010, several teenagers left a house party on Bridlewood Drive Guelph and spray painted a portion of sidewalk, a 2003 Hummer H2, a fence and a garage door as they walked home. The youths also filled a bucket with dirty water, leaned it up against the front door of a residence and when the homeowner opened the door, the dirty water spilled into the residence causing extensive damage.
On the evening of April 26th, 2010, Guelph Police concluded their investigation with the arrest of the responsible youths.
A 15 year old Guelph male was charged with 5 counts of Mischief Under $5000 and will appear in court in June.
A 17 year old Guelph male was charged with 7 counts of Mischief Under $5000 and will appear in court in June.
A second 17 year old Guelph male was charged with 7 counts of Mischief Under $5000 and will appear in court in June.

Fraud Alert-Arrest- On April 26th, 2010 at 10:30 am a male entered an apartment uninvited on James Street Guelph. The male was startled and left the apartment. A short time later the male entered a second apartment uninvited on Roland Street Guelph and fraudulently sold the elderly female a water filtration system at more than 5 times the actual price.
The male is described as: Male/white, bald, 5'10, 50 years, clean shaven, 160 pounds He is driving a 1995 green Buick bearing Ontario marker #BFEN 453. Dale SAWYER 50 years of Lindsay Ontario has been charged with Unlawfully in a Dwelling House and Fraud Under $5000.00 and was held for a Bail Hearing.

Disturbance-Arrest-On April 26th, 2010 the Guelph Police responded to Exhibition Park in Guelph where a crowd of approximately 150 youths were gathered to view a fight. Police believed there was to be a fight at lunch hour between several of the youths. Officers observed two males briefly leave the crowd while walking along the spur line heading towards one of the local high schools.
The males then picked up what appeared to be some sort of club and one of the males concealed the weapon underneath his shirt. The male was stopped by police and subsequently arrested for carrying a concealed weapon. A 16 year old Guelph male was charged with Carrying a Concealed Weapon and will appear in court in June.

Break, Enter and Theft Arrest- On April 22nd, 2010, at 8:30 pm an apartment was entered on Neeve Street Guelph and a large quantity of personal items were stolen. On April 25th, 2010 at 11:00 am, Guelph Police concluded their investigation into this incident with the arrest of a 41 year old Guelph female. Sherry Anne BOWMAN 41 years of Guelph was charged with Break, Enter and Theft and will appear in court in June.

Break and Enter-On April 27th, 2010 at 6:43 am, Guelph Police responded to a glass break alarm at a business on Scottsdale Drive Guelph. At press time it was unknown if anything was stolen.

Break, Enter and Theft-Overnight April 27th, 2010 an unlocked front door to a residence on Green Gate Drive Guelph was entered and a wallet was stolen.
