Break, Enter and Theft Arrest
On May 23rd 2010 at 8:10 am, a male woke up in his home on Elizabeth Street Guelph and found a female known to him, rummaging around. The female left and the male found that a few bottles of alcohol, cash, credit cards and a camera were stolen. A short time later the female was located and arrested.
Kim RUNSTADTLER 37 years of Guelph was charged with Break, Enter and Theft and Possession of Stolen Property under $5000.00 and Breach of Probation and held for a Bail Hearing.

Fail To Remain – Impaired Arrest
–On May 24th, 2010 at 8:20 pm Guelph police were dispatched to a parking lot on Gordon Street South Guelph. Investigation revealed that a male tried to negotiate a turn in the parking lot while driving his 1998 Ford pick-up when he struck a parked 2009 Ford Ranger. The vehicle abruptly backed up and sped away without making any attempt to ascertain the condition of the occupants, and damage to the vehicles.
Eyewitnesses obtained the license plate number of the responsible vehicle and a description of the driver. This was paramount in assisting officers who located the driver in a Westwood Road parking lot and arrested him for Impaired Driving and Failing to Stop the Scene of an Accident. Total damage was approx $5000.00 and there were no reports of injuries.
Trevor ALDRICH 35 years of Guelph was charged with Impaired Driving and Failing to Stop the Scene of an Accident and will appear in court in July.

Attempt Break and Enter-Arrests
On May 11th, 2010 at 1:30 pm witnesses observed two males in the back yard of a residence on Highview Place, Guelph. Police were called but the males left the area prior to police arrival. Investigation by Uniform Division Officers and members of the Guelph Police Property Crimes Unit has resulted in the arrest of two Guelph males.
John PAPIN 19 years of Guelph male has been charged with Attempt Break and Enter and Breach Probation and was held for a Bail Hearing.
A 16 year old Guelph male was charged with Attempt Break and Enter and two counts of Breach Probation and was held for a Bail Hearing.

On May 21st 2010 at 11:50pm, Guelph Police were dispatched to an address on Willow Road, Guelph with regard to a disturbance where several people were reported fighting on a balcony. Officers arrived on scene and a female opened the apartment door holding a knife and an ice pick. Officers were able to gain control of the accused and she was arrested.
Further investigation revealed that two females we involved in a physical disturbance in the apartment and adjacent balcony.
Colleen Hill 36 years of Guelph was charged with Assault with a weapon, Weapons Dangerous and Breach Probation and was held for a Bail hearing.
Shannon GODIN 36 years of Guelph was charged with Assault, Mischief Under $5000.00 and Breach of Probation and was held for a Bail Hearing.
A male found in the apartment was checked and found to be in breach of a condition of his Probation Order and was arrested.
Christopher CRYDERMAN 37 years of Guelph was charged with Breach Probation and held for a Bail Hearing.

Arrest-Breach Probation
On May 23rd 2010 at 12:50 am, Guelph Police were dispatched to attend to the area of 2 Dublin Street South Guelph in regards to suspicious persons in the area. Officers arrived on scene and located a female who was found to be in contravention of two conditions of her Probation.
Lisha DICKSON 40 years of Kitchener was charged with two counts of Breach of Probation and was held pending a Bail Hearing.

Break, Enter and Theft
Between 7:30 am and 11:40 pm on May 21st, 2010 the front door to a residence on Doyle Drive Guelph was forced open. Once inside the culprits ransacked the residence and a laptop computer, camera, four cell phones, cash and various pieces of jewelry were stolen.

Overnight May 23rd, 2010 the rear window to an apartment on Plymouth Court Guelph was smashed. Once inside the culprits ransacked the residence and at press time it is unknown as to what was stolen.

Between 2:00 am and 9:00 am May 24th, 2010 an open front window to a residence on Auden Road Guelph was entered and at press time it is unknown as to what was stolen.
