1th Annual Pumpkin Promenade on Saturday, November 1, 2014 from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. at the Mollison Park (behind KHPS). Drop off your carved pumpkins on Sat. Nov. 1st, between 3-6 pm, at KHNG Community Room. Come back at 6:30 to a marvelous display of pumpkins flickering in the night throughout Mollison Park. Suggested donation of $5/family.

You'll get a refresher on the basic stitches and lots of tips and tricks to build your confidence next time you step into a yarn shop. You'll try some new techniques and be able to see and ask questions about a wide range of knitting projects. We'll even start knitting a cowl together that will transition beautifully into winter. on Thursday November 20th, Mike Bechtold, professor at the Laurier Centre for Military Strategic and Disarmament Studies, will speak on, Trench Strafing, Tactical Bombing and Isolating the Battlefield: The Battle of Amiens and the Royal Air Force, August 1918. the talk will be held at the Guelph Civic Museum at will start at 7 PM.
