CHARGES LAID IN CONNECTION TO A FAILTO REMAIN - MOTOR VEHICLE COLLISION
(CHATSWORTH, ON) – On Saturday, October 20, 2012, Grey County Ontario Police (OPP) charged a Dundalk man in connection to a fail to remain motor vehicle collision which occurred earlier in the week.
On Monday, October 15, 2012 at approximately 5:56 p.m. a 1994 Chevrolet Astro van struck a parked 2008 Ford Escape on Main Street West in Dundalk, in the Township of Southgate. Both vehicles sustained minor damage. The driver of the van left the scene. Police were called to investigate.
Edward John CONWAY, 60, of Dundalk, was charged with fail to remain, fail to report and careless driving under the Highway Traffic Act. He is scheduled to appear in court in Owen Sound on November 26, 2012.

POLICE LOOKING FOR STOLEN TRACTOR
(CHATSWORTH, ON) – Grey County Ontario Police (OPP) continue to investigate the theft of a blue Leyland Universal 445 diesel tractor with a red bucket which was stolen from a rural property on Kemble Rock Road in the Township of Georgian Bluffs some time between October 5 and October 10, 2012. The 25 year old Russian made tractor was likely towed from the scene as it did not have a battery or a working clutch. The value of the tractor was estimated at $6,000.
Two – 200 gallon and one – 100 gallon water tanks, tank heaters and a 16 foot extension ladder were also taken.
