Drug – Arrest
On Tuesday October 30, 2012 at 4:50 p.m., members of the Guelph Police Drug/Intelligence/CET Units stopped a motor vehicle on Janefield Avenue Guelph and arrested the driver for Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance.

A search incident to arrest revealed that he was in possession of drug paraphernalia and cash. A Controlled Drugs and Substances Search Warrant was executed at his residence on Scottsdale Drive Guelph, and a quantity of hashish and crack cocaine were seized.

Jason DO 23 years of Guelph was charged with Possession for the Purposes of Trafficking in Crack Cocaine and Possession of a Controlled Substance – Hashish. He was held for a Bail Hearing.

Suspect Arrested after Foot Chase
On Tuesday October 30, 2012 at 4:35 p.m., a Loss Prevention Officer stopped a male as he attempted to leave a store on Kortright Road West Guelph with four bags of product from the store that he did not pay for.

The male dropped the bags and fled the store. The Loss Prevention Officer called police and took chase after the suspect. The suspect was arrested after a foot chase through several nearby residences.
The total theft was $395.02.

Tanner PAGE 18 years of Teeswater Ontario was charged with Theft Under $5000.00 and will appear in court in November.
