Recall - Specific John Deere Utility Vehicles

Recall by Deere & Company, as announced by Transport Canada. This recall involves John Deere TH, TS and TX-model GatorTM utility vehicles that have Kawasaki FE, FH and FJ series engines. The model information is located on the vehicle's cargo box.

Only utility vehicles with the below serial numbers are included in this recall. The serial number is on the vertical frame directly below the driver's seat.

The fuel filter may leak, increasing the risk of a fire causing injury and/or damage to property. Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled utility vehicles and contact the nearest John Deere dealer to make arrangements to have the utility vehicle repaired. This service will be performed at no cost to the customer.

The affected product was manufactured in the United States and were sold from November 2011 to August 2012. Approximately 135 units of the recalled utility vehicles were sold in Canada at John Deere dealers nationwide.

Neither Deere & Company nor Health Canada have received any reports of incidents or injuries related to these products in Canada.
