Incorporated in 1988, Crime Stoppers Guelph Wellington is a non-profit charitable organization which combines the best efforts of the media, the community and the police in the fight against crime. A group of dedicated, concerned citizens make up the voluntary civilian Board of Directors. Celebrating 25 years in 2013!

To date in Guelph and Wellington County alone, over $35,245,606 in property and narcotics have been recovered off the street, 2,143 cases cleared and 3,786 charges laid, the numbers speak for themselves…Crime Stoppers works!

Our goal is to promote awareness within the community and continue to educate our students and the public in making our community safer.

Each year, January is marked as Crime Stoppers month, nationally. We hope to make more people aware of the Crime Stoppers program so they will call our "tips" phone line at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477) or log on to our website at to report a crime anonymously.

You never have to reveal your identity and we do not subscribe to call display or *69. You never have to be a witness or testify in court. If the information you give leads to an arrest you may be eligible for a cash reward of up to $2,000.
