Charges Laid in Break and Enter in Grey County

OPP INVESTIGATE TWO BREAK-INS AT CHATSWORTH ARENA - CHARGES LAID
(CHATSWORTH, ON) – On Sunday, January 6, 2013 at approximately 4:30 p.m., Grey County Ontario Police (OPP) received a report of a break-in at the Chatsworth Arena on Garafraxa Street in the Township of Chatsworth after the building was forcibly entered and approximately $150.00 worth of consumable goods (candy, snacks, pop) were taken.
On Tuesday, January 8, 2013, at approximately 10:44 a.m., police received another report of a break-in over night at the Chatsworth arena in which the culprit(s) removed small hand tools estimated at $175.00.
Evidence found at the scene enabled officers to identify the culprits responsible for both break-ins.
Alexander MUSTARD, 19, and a 17 year old male young person, both of Chatsworth, are jointly charged with two counts of break and enter. The tools were recovered and returned to the arena.
They are to appear in court in Owen Sound on February 14 and 26, 2013, respectively.
