Dundalk Man Charged After Domesic Incident

(SOUTHGATE, ON) - On Thursday, January 17, 2012 at approximately 11:59 p.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) arrested a man without incident at a residence in Dundalk after he had thrust a knife into a kitchen counter and threatened to set the house on fire during a domestic dispute.

A woman and three children exited the residence and waited for police to attend. There were no injuries reported.

The 52 year old accused is charged with utter threat to damage property and mischief under the Criminal Code. He was held for a bail hearing.
