OPP INVESTIGATE BREAK-IN
(CHATSWORTH, ON)- On Wednesday, January 30, 2013 at approximately 12:25 p.m., Grey County Ontario Police (OPP) received a report of a break-in at a seasonal residence in Williamsford in the Township of Chatsworth. The incident occurred sometime between Saturday, January 5, 2013 and Wednesday, January 30, 2013.

A 32" flat screen Toshiba TV (with wall mount) and a Black & Decker coffee maker were stolen.

PEDESTRIAN CHARGED WITH UTTERING THREAT AND ASSAULT WITH WEAPON
(CHATSWORTH, ON)- On Monday, January 28, 2013 at approximately 7:34 a.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a threat report after a confrontation between a pedestrian and a driver of a horse drawn vehicle on Concession 8 in the Township of Chatsworth on Saturday, January 26, 2013.

On Saturday, January 26, 2013 at approximately 6:30 p.m. the victim was operating a horse drawn vehicle northbound on Concession 8 when he suddenly came upon a pedestrian jogging on the travelled portion of the road.

The vehicle was brought to a stop to avoid a collision at which time the pedestrian threatened the victim and assaulted him with a wooden stick that he had been carrying. The victim's wife and their two infant children were passengers in the vehicle at the time of the incident. No injuries were reported.

Dann Albert HARRIS, 61, of the Township of Chatsworth is charged with utter threat to cause bodily harm and assault with a weapon under the Criminal Code
