Recall - Wildwood Home Fragrance Products by Thymes

This recall involves the following Thymes home fragrance products. There are a total of four products covered by the recall. The products are listed below. The recalled products were distributed throughThymes LLC and sold from January 2012 to January 2013. Approximately 378 units of the recalled products were sold in various stores across Canada.

The products do not carry the mandatory labelling and child-resistant closures as required by the Consumer Chemicals and Containers Regulations, 2001 and contain ingredients that can be hazardous if ingested and aspiration occurs.

Aspiration occurs when the product is coughed up or vomited after being ingested. This coughing/vomiting could cause small particles of the product to travel into the lungs and may result in serious health effects. Neither Thymes nor Health Canada has received any reports of incidents or injuries to Canadians related to the use of these products.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled products and contact Thymes for a full refund.
