SNOWMOBILE OPERATOR CHARGED
(MEAFORD, ON) - On Sunday, February 10, 2013 at approximately 1:25 p.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers conducting snowmobile patrol on the Ontario Federation of Snowmobile Clubs (OFSC) trail in Meaford stopped an operator of a 2006 Skidoo MXZ for failing to display evidence of a permit.

Richard ARNOLD, 49, of Aurora, was issued a Provincial Offence Notice under the Motorized Snow Vehicles Act.
