PUSHY SALESPERSON REPORTED TO POLICE
(KINCARDINE, ON) - On February 14, 2013 at 9:09 pm, the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a pushy salesperson at a residence along MacCaskill Road in Kincardine.

At 5:30 pm on February 13, 2013, the elderly resident answered a knock on the door to find a man standing there. Claiming that he sells funeral insurance on behalf of Blue Cross, the man was described as aggressive, unprofessional and actually stuck his foot in the door to prevent the home owner from closing it.

The South Bruce OPP is looking to speak with this salesperson. Anyone with information is asked to call the South Bruce OPP or Crime Stoppers.

The South Bruce OPP is requesting anyone with information that can assist police to call 1-888-310-1122. DRIVER KILLED IN 2 VEHICLE CRASH
(BRANT TWP, ON) - On February 13, 2013 at 10:02 am, the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a 2 vehicle crash on Bruce County Road 10 in Brant Township. Officers arrived to find that a Black Ford Ranger was travelling north bound on County Road 10 when it crossed the centre line and was struck by a southbound transport truck.

The driver of the Ford Ranger, 56 year old Murray Catto of Hanover, was pronounced dead at the scene.

The OPP Technical Traffic Collision Investigation unit attended to assist the South Bruce OPP with this incident.

The investigation is in its early stages. Anyone with information is asked to call the South Bruce OPP or Crime Stoppers.
