Assault - arrest
On February 17, 2013 at 1:57a.m., the Guelph Police attended to an establishment on Macdonell Street to deal with a disturbance. Investigation alleged that a man had been asked to leave by staff at the bar and escorted to the front entrance on Macdonell Street.

At this time, he stayed at the front of the bar and then punched a window. Staff at the bar attempted to restrain him in order to turn him over to police. He then attempted to punch a doorman and spat in his face. The man was arrested.

Giovanni SCREMIN, 18 years of Milton has been charged with assault. He will appear in court on March 22, 2013.

Mischief – arrest
On February 17, 2013, at 2:12 a.m., Guelph Police attended to an establishment on Carden Street to assist employees with a male that was being detained. Investigation alleged that the intoxicated male had been removed from the bar, became angry and kicked the door, damaging it. The man was arrested by police.

Cody Rowsell, 21 years of Acton has been charged with mischief to property. He will appear in court on March 22, 2013.
