POLICE INVESTIGATING BREAK, ENTER AND THEFT
(KINCARDINE, ON) " On February 16, 2013 at 9:21 am, the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a break, enter and theft at a residence in the 400 block of Kingsway Street in Kincardine.

Sometime between 12:00 pm on February 8, 2013 and 12:00 pm on February 15, 2013, the residence was forcibly entered through a window at the back of the home. The list of stolen property includes: length Olde Hide House brown leather jacket size large, Bomber style Olde Hide House brown leather jacket size large, Brown Abercrombie and Fitch hoodie with bleach stains, 15" Acer laptop with power cord, Black Apple Ipod, 19" Hisense TV/DVD combo, Samsung Galaxy Ace cell phone with charger, 14 k Gold Masonic Lodge ring with Black Onyx size 8, 16" 14 k Gold men's necklace, Men's right Ping golf clubs and bag, 18 volt Hitachi cordless drill, Black Stanley socket set, 55 cc MTD chainsaw, Mastercraft hammer drill, and a Black Artisan hockey bag.

The value of the stolen property is estimated to be more than $8,000.

DRIVER AND PASSENGER CHARGED AT R.I.D.E. STOP
(KINCARDINE, ON) - On February 15, 2013 members of the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police set up a R.I.D.E. check stop on Russell Street in Kincardine. At 7:37 pm, a White Chevrolet Impala stopped and officers found that the driver had been drinking alcohol. 47 year old William TAYLOR of Kincardine has been charged with Operate over 80 milligrams and Possess more than one driver's licence.

He is scheduled to appear in court on March 18, 2013 to answer to the charges. The passenger was found with a quantity of illegal drugs. 52 year old Michael SURRIDGE of Kincardine has been charged with 2 counts of Possess a controlled substance. He is scheduled to appear in court on April 8, 2013 to answer to the charges.

VEHICLE EGGED OVERNIGHT
(LUCKNOW, ON) - On February 15, 2013 at 11:02 am, the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a mischief from a resident in the 400 block of Havelock Street in Lucknow. Sometime during the overnight hours, eggs were thrown at a Kia Sportage while it was parked in the driveway. Damaging someone else's property is a criminal offence called Mischief that carries a maximum penalty of two years in jail.

SUSPENDED DRIVER AVOIDS R.I.D.E. STOP
(BRANT TWP, ON) - On February 15, 2013 at 6:57 pm, South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were conducting R.I.D.E. on County Road 2 in Brant Township when they saw a White Cadillac drive through a private driveway to avoid the check stop. The vehicle was stopped on Durham Street West in Walkerton where the driver was found to be in possession of illegal drugs.

Further investigation showed that his driver's licence was suspended. 32 year old Wayne PITUL of Woodbridge has been charged with Possess a controlled substance and Drive while under suspension. He is scheduled to appear in court on March 25, 2013 to answer to the charges.
