Guelph Police Officer Charged with Assault

Guelph ON – Constable Neil Moulton, a 12-year member of the Guelph Police Service has been charged with Assault in connection with an off-duty incident on February 10, 2013 outside the jurisdiction of the city of Guelph.
Constable Moulton is currently assigned to the Neighbourhood Services Division, Field Support and remains on-duty.
He has been released on an Officer-in-Charge undertaking and is scheduled to appear in Kitchener Provincial Court on March 28, 2013.
No further details will be released.
