Guelph Police Chase Down Suspect - February 28, 2013

On February 28, 2013 at 12:11 a.m., Guelph police were on general patrol in the area of Edinburgh Road and London Road and recognized a male known to be on probation with a curfew condition. As police attempted to stop and speak with the male, he fled on foot through various back yards. Police were able to locate the man a short distance away and he was arrested.

The 37 year old Guelph man has been charged with breach of probation and trespass by night. He will appear in bail court on February 28, 2013.
