Guelph Police Reports - March 04, 2013

On the 4th of March, 2013 at approximately 1:32 am, Guelph Police received a complaint of a possible impaired driver travelling westbound on Wellington Street. The vehicle was located and investigation revealed that the male driver was breaching his probation.

Further investigation revealed that the passenger, a youth as defined by the Youth Criminal Justice Act, had obstructed police and was further in breach of four counts of his probation orders. Both males were arrested and will appear in court on March 4th, 2013.
