Missing Guelph Man Is Found Safe - March 13, 2013

On the 12th of March, 2013 at 6:00pm, Pat KYLPYCZ contacted the Guelph Police Service to report her husband, Peter KLYPYCZ as missing.

Pat advised that Peter went out for a walk around noon today and had not returned or called home. Peter normally goes for walks on his own throughout the day but has never been gone that long. He didn't take his cell phone and only has $10 on his person with no access to funds as he has no debit or credit card.

Description: 5' 8", 190 lbs, blue eyes, white hair, full white/grey beard, wears glasses Last seen wearing a red down filled red puffy jacket, red toque, and black jeans. Has a brain injury that is not apparent when speaking to him but causes him to become confused. Also has type-2 diabetes.

Peter likes to frequent Tim Horton's located at Woodlawn Road and Victoria Road in the city of Guelph. He also sometimes goes to the Evergreen Centre but it has been awhile since he was last there. He normally walks through Riverside Park to get to the Evergreen Centre.

Officers were able to locate KLYPYCZ last night and return him safely home.
