Recall - Imaginarium Activity Walker

This recall involves the Imaginarium Activity Walker toy distributed by Toys "R" Us Canada with the Model Number JB0031 with UPC 803516918223

On the front of the walker there is a multi-coloured metal xylophone with two triangle mallets, a multi-coloured abacus and a scratch noise maker. The walkers have multi-coloured wooden wheels.

Small parts of this toy may separate, and these small components pose a choking hazard to young children. Consumers should immediately take the recalled toy away from children and return it to the nearest Toys "R" Us store to receive a refund or store credit.

The recalled product was manufactured in China by Juratoys Asia LTD and distributed through Toys "R" Us (Canada) Limited. A total of 1411 units of the toys were sold in Canada. The recalled products were sold from August, 2011 to January 2013.

Toys "R" Us Canada has received 5 reports of incidents related to the use of this toy, 1 in Canada and 4 in the United States.
