Recall - Martha Stewart 10 Piece Cookware Set

This recall involves the 8-inch and 10-inch stainless steel frying pans in the Martha Stewart Collection 10-piece stainless steel cookware sets. The frying pans have two rivets that attach the frying pan to the handle. The rivets have stainless steel discs on top of them.

The metal discs covering the rivets on the frying pans can pop off, posing a burn hazard. Consumers should immediately stop using the 8-inch and 10-inch frying pans from the cookware set and contact Borderfree, Inc. for a refund and return instructions. The other items from the cookware set are not affected by this recall.

Neither Health Canada nor Borderfree, Inc. has received any reports of consumer incidents or injuries related to the use of these frying pans in Canada.

The recalled cookware sets were sold from January 2011 to September 2015. Approximately 24 of the recalled cookware sets were sold online at www.macys.com and shipped through Borderfree, Inc.

The affected pans were manufactured in China and distributed through Macy's Merchandising Group, Inc., New York and Borderfree, Inc., New York, United States.
