Search Warrant Executed

On February 15, 2017 members of the High Enforcement Action Team (HEAT) executed a Criminal Code search warrant at a residence on Dawson Road. Information was provided by community members and observations were made by the Police in obtaining the search warrant.

As a result three individuals were arrested for possession of stolen property involving bicycles, bicycle parts, GPS units and identity documents. One of the individuals was also arrested regarding some outstanding arrest warrants and was held in custody. The other two individuals were released with future court dates.

The Guelph Police Service would like to thank those community members that provided information and the support of the community in regard to this investigation.

Police Seeking Assistance

Police are investigating a motor vehicle collision that happened sometime around 4:30PM on Monday February 13, 2017 at the intersection of York Road and Victoria Road South involving a white Hyundai Elantra and a grey Chevrolet Cruz.

Break and Enter

On February 16th, Guelph Police attended to a business located on Norfolk Street in response to a break and enter that had occurred sometime overnight. Culprit/s entered a locked room while the business was open and removed personal items of the employees.
