GPL and Eden Mills Writers Festival

Web posted on July 12, 2017

Are you ready to be thrilled this summer? Looking for some new mystery reads? Your Guelph Public Library is here to help. In partnership with the Eden Mills Writers' Festival, the library is proud to host a "Sneak Peak" spine-tingling mystery event with international bestselling author, Andrew Pyper, and critically acclaimed novelist, Nicole Lundrigan.

Hosted by Steven Kraft, Library CEO, this special evening will feature each author sharing readings from their latest releases followed by a discussion surrounding their writings and an audience question and answer session.

Andrew will read from The Only Child (Simon & Schuster, 2017), a thrilling, spine-tingling take on the gothic horror novel while Nicole will recite The Substitute (House of Anansi, 2017), a deliciously creepy, finely crafted page-turner and a chilling look inside the mind of a psychopath. Books will be available for purchase after the event along with book signings.

Everyone is invited to meet these inspiring Canadian authors on Wednesday, July 26th, 2017 at the Main Library (100 Norfolk Street) starting at 7 PM.
