Arrest Warrants

On November 16, 2019, at approximately 5:40am, Guelph police were at a residential apartment building on Woolwich on a call for service, when a male, not related to the call, had an interaction with police. The male was known to be wanted and was arrested. The 33 year old male was arrested and charged for failing to attend court.

Wrong Place For Wanted Man

On November 16, 2019 at approximately 4:20pm, Guelph police were at a residential apartment building on Carden Street on a call for service. Police suddenly observed a male (not related to the call) that was wanted. The male was arrested without incident. After he was arrested, the male is alleged to have an amount of, what is believed to be, methamphetamine on his person. In total, the 42 year old Guelph male was charged with fail to attend court (warrant), breach of an Order of Recognizance (warrant) and possession of a controlled substance.

Obstruction of Justice

As a result of an investigation that was initiated on October 18, 2019, police allege they received evidence that a female was willing to pay someone to be a surety for an individual that was incarcerated. On November 16, 2019 at approximately 8pm, police located the 19 year old female. She was arrested for obstructing justice. She was released with a future court date.
